The RAVENLAND band was formed in winter of 1997 by Dewindson Wolfheart (vocal), in that time the band was completed by Andre Cardoso (Guitars), Clécio Christian (Bass) and Alexandre Brito (Drums). Since the beginning the musical proposal of the band was to combine some elements of metal, gothic music and the 80’s rock/pop.



"And A Crow Brings Me Back" is their latest offering. The album also brings a very special guest: Tommy Lindal (Ex-THEATRE OF TRAGEDY) on two songs and Ricardo Confessori (ANGRA/SHAMAN) as drummer on all album songs. Produced by Ricardo Confessori in the best studios in Brasil and mastered in Germany by the great producer Waldemar Sorychta (LACUNA COIL, MOONSPELL, SENTENCED...), the album has 14 songs, plus 1 bonus track, a multimedia area content inc a video-clip and more than 200 photo . A great production and a album that will represent the Brazilian Gothic Metal force.

The Fright Night ensemble was established in the end of 2005 by a guitar player Marianna Lukyanova.



The style of the band is usually described as gothic-rock with certain dark wave elements though in reality the musicians prefer to be trail-blazers and not to restrict themselves by any genre limits. The music of Fright Night is based upon the unity of contrasts- deep low male voice and emotional lyric female vocals; melancholic melodies of beauty with the raw agression of guitar rock. Their album, 'THE PLAY OF PAIN' will be distributed by Ravenheart Music via Code7 across the UK and Ireland.

Italian Progressive Metal Band DEVA is causing a bit of a stir on the underground metal scene at the moment.



DEVA took shape initially when opera singer Beatrice Palumbo (22 years old, singer who received her musical education by the Conservatory of Milan G. Verdi) met with Federico Salerno (26 years old, guitarist and composer) and Miriam Stallone (24 years old bass player). The idea was to create a brand new concept to combine female opera vocals with progressive metal. With now a full band line up, they have recorded the first full-length album: 'Between Life And Dreams', which was entirely produced by the band, and we here at Ravenheart will distribute it.

Faces Of March comes into the Modern Rock Arena out of Miami in Florida. They have a powerful new sound that is familiar from the first listen, but packs a big sound that is immediately comfortable and yet refreshingly new.



The songs are enveloped in Gia's power packed vocals - dark, breathy, sexy and edgy. The music contains a wall of multi layered guitars, solid groovin' bass lines and simple yet prominent drum lines. Moscow Order of Arcane Grail is founded in December of 2001 and they play Symphonic Extreme Metal with male and female vocals. The Sense of the Order’s title consists in the aspiration to some mysterious ideal, which is de rigueur on a Way of search of Spiritual Perfection.



The acquisition of Grail grants the divine force and wisdom. Mythological image of Grail itself is connected with a bowl, in which the blood of Jesus Christ was assembled after his crucifixion. The Order has no christian orientation, but they are Knights of New Era of Aquarius. “Arya Marga – Ninefold Path to the Innocence”, their latest effort to hIt this planet will now be unleashed in the UK via Ravenheart Music. There are nine hymns – nine ways of Vedic knowledge and Weltanschauung, leading the men to Enlightenment. The story will continue... :)

Tantal is a Russian Band that combines aggressive and virtuosic Death Metal with multi-faceted melodies and progressive elements. The band's female vocalist Sophia Raikova has a style of singing that combines powerful screaming & growls to a refined clear voice.



The band's debut release 'The Beginning Of The End' has been released by Russian label MAZZAR RECORDS, and will now pick up UK and Eire distribution on Ravenheart Music Records. The album was engineered, mixed and mastered by Eugene Vinogradov (Crematory).

Ravenheart Music is very pleased and honoured to announce the signing of the Portugese rock band CINEMUERTE for distribution of their new album 'AURORA CORE', and this album will please all fans of the hard rock/melodic rock genre.



CineMuerte (formed in 2002 and fronted by Sophia Vieira) is a band based in Lisbon. I would say that this act is one of the most promising hard rock acts on the Portugese Rock/Metal Scene, and they have opened for HIM and My Chemical Romance amongst others. 'Aurora Core' so happens to be a totally awesome release, with mixing and mastering by Waldemar Sorychta (Lacuna Coil, The Gathering, Moonspell etc).

RAVENHEART MUSIC RECORDS is pleased to announce the signing of South Carolina based hard rockers SUHGARIM.



Suhgarim is the brainchild and passion of Vocalist/Songwriter Tricia Fleury and Guitarist Dave Anthony. They have released one EP called "When You Bleed" in April of 2007 which was recorded at Studio C in Chapin, SC and in 2008 they recorded their first full length called, "Between Life and Death" at Six + One Studios in Florence, SC. The current lineup consists of Glenn Charles on Bass & Keys, and Mike Kirby (from The Starseed Project) on Drums. With the added diversity and musicianship of Glenn Charles, and the Tommy Lee style drumming of Mike Kirby, Suhgarim has upped the ante of their hard rock metal assault! They are currently writing new music and will start working on another CD in the coming months, as well as continuing to play throughout the Southeast region of the USA.

RAVENHEART MUSIC WISH TO ANNOUNCE THE SIGNING OF THE AWESOME RUSSIAN GOTHIC SYMPHONIC METAL BAND BLACKTHORN.



Blackthorn is an all-female symphonic metal band founded in 2004 by their lovely lead vocalist Aina. At the present day, the band combines gothic and black metal with classical music. The lyrics are inspired by witchcraft, misanthropy and ancient cults. In January 2007 Blackthorn's demo record, The Prologue of Eschaton, was released. In general, "The Prologue of Eschaton" was well received and the band began to get many offers from the gig providers. Thus, they focused on playing concerts in Moscow and other Russian cities, interviews,participate in the creation of metal stuff like books and CD and DVD compilations. Then Blackthorn returned to the studio in November 2007 to record their fist full-length album "Gossamer Witchcraft" and its twin-brother – "Gossamer Witchcraft" with Russian lyrics. Both albums were mixed and mastered in Kivrecords Studio, Moscow, in the beginning of 2009. The band consist of Aina (soprano, low scream), Elvira (guitars,growl), Freya (keyboards, high scream), Greta (bass) and Varaska (drums).

Female fronted Idaho based Gothic Rock Band ROTT has landed themselves a recording and distribution contract with Ravenheart Music Records. Originally released independently in Sept 2007, 'Out Of Time' has seen Rott gather international acclaim in Europe, Canada, South America and the USA. 'OUT OF TIME' is now available via this website, and should see a general UK/Eire release on Sept 7th 2009.



Furthermore, the recently recorded ROTT single "Bring Me the Flame" (which is not on the album), has been released by Ravenheart Music Records currently as a digital only release. The single, which will also be included in an upcoming movie soundtrack, is now available on iTunes Worldwide and Amazon UK.

Canadian Alternative Rockers Damsel Fly's rather cool album 'What Lies Beneath' is available via Ravenheart Music Records. 'What Lies Beneath' being a cool slice of Alternative Melodic Rock. Again, like the ROTT album, 'What Lies Beneath' is currently available via this website.
