ARAPACIS - 7 December 2011

Arapacis was formed by guitarist Jerry Fielden in Montreal, Canada, in 2003 with the goal of fusing together 70's hard rock and prog with modern gothic, prog and doom metal to form a unique metal fusion, hence they cite their influences as Deep Purple to Rush to Leaves Eyes to Dream Theater to Candlemass, quite a portfolio. This is their third album, following on from 'So Many Leapers' in 2006 and 2009's 'Consequences of Dreams'. Netherworld sees marked improvement in every department with some excellent songs. Initiallly available digitally with the physical release expected early in 2012.
STORYUM - 29 November 2011
Storyum with their brand of new wave/pop punk, classic/alt rock, and light melodic metal, offer up a mash-up of Green Day, Elvis Costello, Paramore and Lunatica, with a touch of Duran Duran and Bon Jovi (Phil Wooldridge Jan 2011). However, they have now re recorded their INSOMNIA album using two new famale vocalists - Suzy Isis Morovics and Alexandra Oroszova, and the cd will be available via Ravenheart Music in January.
SAKARA - 22 October 2011
Sakara is a hot Rock Chick from Herefordshire here in the UK. She is an artist that has supported Ravenheart Music from the early days, and herself has been involved in various bands in the past. She has linked up with Ravenheart Music for the release her debut album 'Blood and Stone'.
EDENIAL - 21 October 2011
Edenial are a hot new Chile band fronted by the alluring Francisca Lastra. Their style is a more prog metal, but no less catchy, kinda Lacuna Coil/We Are The Fallen featuring the highly skilled fretwork of Gerardo Ihle. Francisca has a powerful expressive voice that cuts through the raging riffage and thunderous production ensuring that there is always a good tune at the heart of the music. Released in December.
SILENT OPERA - 13 September 2011
Silent Opera is an awesome Italian Symphonic Metal Band.
This debut release from this band promises to create a stir within the genre, already being compared to Tarja era Nightwish and Mother Earth/Silent Force era Within Temptation. Released in November 2011.
CASSANDRA SYNDROME - 20 July 2011
Cassandra Syndrome formed in 2005 hail from Maryland in the USA. They are an Operatic Metal Band and 'Satire X' is the band's second offering.
Cassandra Syndrome is the intimate leader of darkness and seduction, and they have teamed up with Ravenheart Music for distribution of this album.
ONLY FATE REMAINS - 20 July 2011
Dutch Band Only Fate Remains consist of 5 members, and each of these band members enjoys his or her own musical routes. They all however, share a passion for creating strong melodies.
Fronted by Eva Kokken, Only Fate Remains offers the listener a Rock/Metal experience, influenced by Gothic, Atmospheric, Melodic and Progressive perspectives. Released in October 2011.
A NEW DAWN - 20 July 2011
A New Dawn, also from Holland has signed an agreement with Ravenheart Music, to distribute both their releases to date. These are 'Falling From Grace' (2008) and 'Seven Faces of Truth' (2011). The cover of the latter is depicted below.
The band call their brand of metal Eclectic Metal, but whatever you wanna call it, their music is awesome, as are the band live. Both albums will pick up distribution via Ravenheart Music/Code7 in October 2011.
DAMA - 9 June 2011
The brilliant Italian Gothic Metal Band Dama will soon be releasing their debut cd thro Ravenheart Music. An ambitious effort, the cd will be a double album, featuring songs in both English and the band's native Italian tongue.

INDIGO DARKPSYCH - 20 May 2011
Marvic'Indigo'Lewis commenced her music career at a very young age. In 1994 she started songwriting and she kept constantly developing her creative talents also by later joining a band and 4 years after starting a solo project.

Without knowing she embarked on a quest to discover a particular formula to create a unique style. Its an ongoing mission and one can hear a distinct but constant progression between the 1st Album 'Struck' (23/07/2006) and the 2nd one 'These Are The Roots' (13/07/2010). WEEPING SILENCE - 23 March 2011
Weeping Silence from Malta has been on the metal scene since the mid-1990s and has gone through a period of musical experimentation, that has contributed to the dynamic music that it has produced so far. The band came together with the release of the debut album ‘Deprived from Romance’, followed by a track in the ‘Arch Music’ compilation.

Subsequently the musical direction and line-up changed considerably, but 2011 sees Weeping Silence flirting with the Symphonic Metal Genre with 'Theatre of Life', their latest release.
MANIC MOVEMENT - 23 March 2011
Manic Movement, founded by drummer and composer Olivier Wittenberg, is a Belgian band of six musicians. The Band has a long history having released several albums over the years. In 2006, they became a female fronted band with more accessible melodies.

Today the band evolves in a diverse style of rock and symphonic metal with gothic influences with 'Hot!Hot!Hot!, their latest release.
EVIL'S DESIRE - 23 March 2011
Dutch Rockers Evil's Desire, is causing a stir with their release 'Initium'. Already picking up good reviews, their style of Progressive Gothic Metal seems to be going down a storm.

This is a great release from a band destined for bigger things.
APPARITION - 21 September 2010
One of the Midlands (UK) top Female Fronted Gothic Metal Bands, APPARITION has been around since 1997 but with various line up changes along the way.
This release is a retrospective look back at the band’s career, and is a taster for their forthcoming album, that is being recorded at the moment, and promises a heavier sound.

RAVENLAND - 9 August 2010
The RAVENLAND band was formed in winter of 1997 by Dewindson Wolfheart (vocal), in that time the band was completed by Andre Cardoso (Guitars), Clécio Christian (Bass) and Alexandre Brito (Drums). Since the beginning the musical proposal of the band was to combine some elements of metal, gothic music and the 80’s rock/pop.

"And A Crow Brings Me Back" is their latest offering. The album also brings a very special guest: Tommy Lindal (Ex-THEATRE OF TRAGEDY) on two songs and Ricardo Confessori (ANGRA/SHAMAN) as drummer on all album songs. Produced by Ricardo Confessori in the best studios in Brasil and mastered in Germany by the great producer Waldemar Sorychta (LACUNA COIL, MOONSPELL, SENTENCED...), the album has 14 songs, plus 1 bonus track, a multimedia area content inc a video-clip and more than 200 photo . A great production and a album that will represent the Brazilian Gothic Metal force.
FRIGHT NIGHT - 9 August 2010
The Fright Night ensemble was established in the end of 2005 by a guitar player Marianna Lukyanova.
The style of the band is usually described as gothic-rock with certain dark wave elements though in reality the musicians prefer to be trail-blazers and not to restrict themselves by any genre limits. The music of Fright Night is based upon the unity of contrasts- deep low male voice and emotional lyric female vocals; melancholic melodies of beauty with the raw agression of guitar rock. Their album, 'THE PLAY OF PAIN' will be distributed by Ravenheart Music via Code7 across the UK and Ireland.
DEVA - 13 July 2010
Italian Progressive Metal Band DEVA is causing a bit of a stir on the underground metal scene at the moment.
DEVA took shape initially when opera singer Beatrice Palumbo (22 years old, singer who received her musical education by the Conservatory of Milan G. Verdi) met with Federico Salerno (26 years old, guitarist and composer) and Miriam Stallone (24 years old bass player). The idea was to create a brand new concept to combine female opera vocals with progressive metal. With now a full band line up, they have recorded the first full-length album: 'Between Life And Dreams', which was entirely produced by the band, and we here at Ravenheart will distribute it.
FACES OF MARCH - 12 June 2010
Faces Of March comes into the Modern Rock Arena out of Miami in Florida. They have a powerful new sound that is familiar from the first listen, but packs a big sound that is immediately comfortable and yet refreshingly new.

The songs are enveloped in Gia's power packed vocals - dark, breathy, sexy and edgy. The music contains a wall of multi layered guitars, solid groovin' bass lines and simple yet prominent drum lines.
